Base Location        : The Campus, Yangon

Reporting to          : HR & Admin Manager

 

Job Profile

Human Resource

  • Handle recruitment process such as performing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and pre-interview process.
  • Facilitate onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and assist in resolving employee issues and grievances.
  • Perform employee exit process, including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and paperwork completion.
  • Support the implementation and administration of performance management systems.
  • Assist in Identify training needs and development of training programs.
  • Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage employee benefits plans, such as leave, allowances, health/life insurance, and wellness programs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor law.
  • Maintain and update HRIS databases and records.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Administration

  • Handle travel arrangements for employees’ business trips, including air tickets and hotel bookings.
  • Manage office car rental agreements, car usage, and driver OT calculation.
  • Handle the application of visas, work permits, labor cards, etc., for expatriates.
  • Arrange office supplies, utilities, stationery, and maintain office assets.
  • Perform employees’ reimbursement process.
  • Arrange employees’ business cards, ID cards, uniforms, gift items, laptops, etc.
  • Coordinate IT support services and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, team trips, etc.

 

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • Any bachelor’s degree holder
  • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management is preferred

Experience Required:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR Generalist Role and prefer who have experienced in recruiting.

Desirable Skills and Attributes:

  • Able to use Email and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and quickly learn.
  • Knowledge of HR software and databases.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Team Player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in English 4 skills.
  • Able to work flexibly in case of urgency.
