Position: Community Assistant
Base location: The Campus, Yangon
Report to: Assistant External Relations Manager
Job Profile:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for billing and account inquiries
- Assist community customers with daily meter top up transactions
- Provide timely responses to customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all meter top-up transactions, customer concerns and their resolutions
- Receive, document and track transaction records, meter issues and other service-related concerns
- Communicate with money collectors regularly
- Assist the superiors with monthly revenue reconciliation
- Coordinate with the technical support team on system issues impacting community revenue
- Travel to YMP sites as necessary for surveys and community engagement
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Specification
Qualification:
- Any graduate
Preferred Experience:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role
Desirable Personal Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with community customers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in speaking and presenting in Myanmar language
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and assist with ad-hoc tasks
- Open to extensive travel & interested in working in dealing with the customers
