Job Description
Base Location: The Campus, Yangon
Reporting to: Head of O&M
Job Profile
A. Operation & Maintenance Coordinator (COS)
- Align and follow up with the customer’s COS team to update the lists
- Assign teams for COS activities (Monthly PM & CM)
- Monitor and follow up to ensure timely closure of assigned Work Orders (WOs).
- Coordinate with the customer’s WH teams to arrange and collect required materials
- Review and raise the material requests to the respective team
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials to the respective sites
- Manage and send MRN/SRN processes in collaboration with the WH team and Field team
- Deals with the customer’s COS team to resolve and support related issues on COS system
- Support audits and provide necessary documents when required
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform material transaction analysis and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
B. Cost
- Record and input cost data received from the field.
Job Specification
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E), Science (B.Sc), Arts (B.A), or a related field.
Experience Required:
- Prior experience as a Coordinator in Telecom O&M is preferred.
- Good Communication skills with customers and internal/external Field teams
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in professional email communication.
