Position Title:   Project Coordinator
Location:           The Campus, Myanmar
Reporting:         Assistant QHSE & PMO Manager

 

Job Profile

  • Project Administration:
    • Conduct Daily, Weekly Meetings
    • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Project Sites Progress and Cost (product and Services) tracking
  • Documentation Control:
    • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with organizational standards.
    • Facilitate version control and secure storage of all project documents.
  • Inter-department Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between project team and various departments to ensure effective communication
    • Understanding the priories/ critical path and making alignment

 

Job Specification

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project or operational coordination support role, preferably solar/telecom projects.

 

Desirable Personal Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively and efficiently
  • Open to extensive travel & interested in working on-site
  • Ability to work under pressure and assist with ad-hoc tasks
