Position Title: Project Coordinator
Location: The Campus, Myanmar
Reporting: Assistant QHSE & PMO Manager
Job Profile
- Project Administration:
- Conduct Daily, Weekly Meetings
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Project Sites Progress and Cost (product and Services) tracking
- Documentation Control:
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with organizational standards.
- Facilitate version control and secure storage of all project documents.
- Inter-department Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between project team and various departments to ensure effective communication
- Understanding the priories/ critical path and making alignment
Job Specification
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project or operational coordination support role, preferably solar/telecom projects.
Desirable Personal Skills & Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively and efficiently
- Open to extensive travel & interested in working on-site
- Ability to work under pressure and assist with ad-hoc tasks
