Job Description
Base Location: Yangon
Reporting to: Financial Controller
Job Profile
- Manage, direct and control daily processes
- Manage all data collected by finance and accounting department
- Provide adequate support to finance and accounting team
- Oversee major cash outflow of invoices paid out via account payable
- Review for collections of account receivable and deal with customers for collections
- Calculate for over 500 sites leases by utilizing IFRS 16
- Calculate borrowing cost on a monthly basis
- Act as a key contact person for regulatory reporting and prepare period reports timely & accurately
- Prepare Financial Statements to submit to shareholders/investors within a timeline
- Manage for on-time submission of monthly/quarterly/yearly commercial tax, income tax and advance income tax
- Liaise with external auditors for yearly audited report within a timeline
- Lead for inventories count on a quarterly basis
- Develop and implement policies for finance and accounting department
- Verify systems and processes in place and make changes whenever necessary
- Ad-hoc assigned by Management
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, CPA. ACCA part II is preferable.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in overseeing treasury function with local and international banks
- Strong track record of project experience, data analytics and financial skills
- Demonstrate willingness to develop analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good in English 4 skills, and business email writing
- Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Power-point and advance MS Excel skill
- Must have good attitude, teamwork, and good interpersonal skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present financial reports
