Base Location : The Campus, Yangon
Reporting to : Director, Business Development
Job Profile
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads, maintaining an up-to-date business development tracker.
- Client Relationships & Proposal: Build strong relationships with clients and work with internal teams and external suppliers to create compelling proposals for cost-effective renewable energy solutions.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and respond to social media inquiries promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage client meetings, handling invites, logistics, and distributing minutes within one business day.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate client information in the CRM and assist with generating team reports.
- BD & Sales Collateral: Organize and distribute sales materials and provide feedback on content to improve its effectiveness.
Job Specification
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing related field of study.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in a related field.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
- Proactive learner who takes initiative
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong passion for renewable energy.
