Report to:                            Assistant External Relations Manager

 

Job Profile:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for billing and account inquiries
  • Assist community customers with daily meter top up transactions
  • Provide timely responses to customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of all meter top-up transactions, customer concerns and their resolutions
  • Receive, document and track transaction records, meter issues and other service-related concerns
  • Communicate with money collectors regularly
  • Assist the superiors with monthly revenue reconciliation
  • Coordinate with the technical support team on system issues impacting community revenue
  • Travel to YMP sites as necessary for surveys and community engagement
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Job Specification

Qualification:

  • Any graduate

 

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role

 

Desirable Personal Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with community customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in speaking and presenting in Myanmar language
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and assist with ad-hoc tasks
  • Open to extensive travel & interested in working in dealing with the customers
