Job Profile:
DG Operations & Maintenance
- Perform DG Preventive Maintenance (PM), Minor Overhaul, and Major Overhaul.
- Carry out DG troubleshooting, repair, and electrical wiring works.
- Configure, maintain, and update DSE Controllers and firmware.
- Conduct DG commissioning and RS485 communication configuration.
- Monitor DG performance and ensure all maintenance checklists are completed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly DG reports.
- Manage DG-related technical issues and support field teams.
- Conduct technical training and development for DG technicians.
- Maintain DG spare parts inventory and stock records.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards, SOPs, and core values.
Cost Management
- Monitor market prices for DG spare parts, materials, and services.
- Provide cost and pricing information to support procurement and budgeting activities.
Engineering Skills
- Understand DG mechanical systems, engine components, and spare parts.
- Understand DG electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and control circuits.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controller-related faults.
Job Specification
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Computer literacy with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DG maintenance, overhaul, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Telecom O&M or field operations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with DSE Controllers, DG commissioning, and electrical wiring.
