Job Profile:
Responsibilities & Duties
A. Community Engagement (with the landlords and community customers)
- Communicate with the village head, village committee members and community customers for YMP’s electrification service
- Update the Community Electrification Master Tracker on a daily basis
- Reconcile the monthly revenue of the community sites and submit the report within a deadline
- Monitor the community cores’ data balance regularly
- Cooperate with NOC and O&M teams for community sites and issues
- Track on the negative balance customers in UI on a regular basis
- Travel to YMP sites as necessary for survey and community engagement
- Monitor the GLA tracker for the lease payment and support to Finance team if required
- Follow up to the landlords for land conversion process and support them till approval letter is released
- Liaise with Group Legal team regarding with GLA issues
- Take proactive action for any issues and processes
B. Land conversion process and others
- Visit to the township/district/division level Land Record Offices together with the landlords for land conversion process if required
- Support and cooperate with other team members for cases requiring any support letter or approval
Job Specification
Qualification:
- Any graduate
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community engagement and land conversion process
Desirable Personal Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication skill with both community customers and township level officials
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in speaking and presenting in Myanmar language
- Willingness to work under pressure and assist to ad-hoc work
- Detail oriented and ability to work effectively (independently and as part of a team)
- Open to extensive travel & interested in working in dealing with the customers and landlords
