Position: Implementation Manager

Base Location: The Campus, Yangon

Report to: Senior Design & Implementation Manager

Job Profile:

Implementation

Strong understanding of area requirements, shadow analysis, and site layout planning
Planning and scheduling activities and tasks for implementation vendors and in-house teams
Conducting SKOM meetings with SAQ Supervisors, vendors, and internal teams
Budget monitoring and cost control management
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
Implementing and monitoring operational processes and project workflows
Providing training, coaching, and development support for teams
Managing internal teams, outsourced teams, and vendors, including performance feedback and coordination
Ensuring compliance with implementation checklists, HSE standards, and quality requirements
Preparing reports and maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders

Cost Management

Collecting and analyzing cost inputs from field operations
Conducting bottom-up cost estimation and time-motion studies to improve efficiency and cost optimization

Engineering skills

Good understanding of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering documents and drawings
Knowledge and experience in solar site implementation and project execution activities
