Base Location : The Campus, Yangon
Reporting to : HR & Admin Manager
Job Profile
Human Resources
- Assist in the recruitment process by collecting CVs and scheduling interviews.
- Assist the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in addressing employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and seminars.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress.
- Perform Employment contract preparation and SSB process.
- Keep daily attendance and leave records.
Administration
- Monitor and arrange purchase of Monthly Office supply and Stationery.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office assets (laptops, phone SIMs, printer, etc.,)
- Maintain and handle stock of marketing materials (company shirt, notebook, umbrella, etc.,)
- Manage meeting schedules & appointments of HR & Admin Department.
- Handle travel arrangements for employees’ business trip (Air Ticket, Hotel booking, etc.)
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for administrative processes.
- Assist in car rental for operation, office cars usage, ferry arrangement and monthly payment report.
- Perform monthly reports of office materials, utilities, internet users, ferry user, phone bill, etc.,
- Handle employees’ reimbursement & claim processes.
- Ad-hoc assigned as necessary.
Job Specification
Qualification:
- Any graduate
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a related field.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
- Able to use Email and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR software and databases.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team Player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in English 4 skills.
- Able to work flexibly in case of urgency
