Position: NOC Engineer
Base Location: The Campus, Yangon
Report to: NOC Manager
Job Profile
- Manage and maintain the Yoma Micro Power NOC monitoring systems
- Handle fault identification, troubleshooting, and escalation for YMP NOC systems in accordance with SLA requirements
- Liaise with customers and manage escalations through to successful resolution
- Oversee facilities maintenance, including monitoring and management of diesel generators and photovoltaic power systems
- Continuously develop knowledge and technical skills in network and system administration, particularly related to YMP RMS platforms
- Assign tasks and supervise team operations effectively
- Coordinate and control field force activities
- Participate in a 24×7 on-call support rotation system
Job Specification
Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Intermediate English level
- Computer skills – MS-Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 1 year Experience in electrical/mechanical fields
Desirable Personal Skills & Attributes
- Work in a 24×7 shift environment, working on 8 hours rotating shifts.
- Occasionally required to extend hours of work to meet work demands or Customer requirements including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Able to work under pressure if required.
- Ability to work under pressure and assist with ad-hoc tasks
