Job Description
Base Location: The Campus, Yangon
Reporting to: NOC Manager
Job Profile
- Provide 24/7 network operation by managing the monitoring systems
- Assist to O&M team for any site related cases, issue ticketing process and others related
- Handle and escalate any types of site issues as per escalation matrix
- Liaise with customers by tracking escalation process until resolved
- Monitor and manage of using facilities at the sites (diesel generators, Photovoltaic power system and such)
- Develop the knowledge and skills in network and system administration, particularly with regard of YMP RMS platforms
- Support to cluster managers for team movement if required
- Participate in a 24×7 call-out rotate time to time assigned by Manager (including occasional evenings and weekends)
Job Specification
Qualification:
- Any Graduate
Experience & skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in electrical/mechanical fields
- Intermediate English level
- Computer skills – MS-Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Willing to work in a 24×7 shift environment
- Ability to work well as part of team
- Able to work under pressure
