Reporting to      : Assistant Procurement & Logistics Manager


Job Description

  • Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Maintain and update the supplier database, including qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of sourcing activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, and pricing issues
  • Ensure all procurement activities are documented accurately and comply with company policies and regulations
  • Prepare and maintain procurement records, reports, and price lists
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers
  • Monitor and analyze trends in company spending and inventory control to make recommendations for future procurement strategies
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to understand project requirements and timelines
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Support the procurement team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed



  • Any bachelor’s degree holder

Experience Required:

  • Preferable minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in procurement field

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
