Reporting to : Assistant Procurement & Logistics Manager
Job Profile
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain and update the supplier database, including qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of sourcing activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, and pricing issues.
- Ensure all procurement activities are documented accurately and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain procurement records, reports, and price lists.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze trends in company spending and inventory control to make recommendations for future procurement strategies.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Support the procurement team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
Experience Required:
- Preferably Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in procurement

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
