Reporting:        Implementation Manager
Job Summary:
Ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities, projects, inter-department coordination, and MS Office to support and documentation control (including Version Control).
Key Responsibilities:
Project Administration:
- 
- Conduct Daily, Weekly Meetings.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Project Sites Progress and Cost (product and Services) tracking.
 
Documentation Control:
- 
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with organizational standards.
- Facilitate version control and secure storage of all project documents.
 
Inter-department Coordination:
- 
- Act as a liaison between project team and various departments to ensure effective communication.
- Understanding the priories/ critical path and making alignment.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project or operational coordination support role, preferably solar/telecom projects
