Base Location: The Campus, Yangon
Reporting to: Assistant Business Development Manager
Job Profile:
• Proactively hunt and qualify C&I prospects for factories and businesses.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to build cost-effective solar proposals.
• Maintain a precise BD tracker and drive the process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Maintain high-level service for existing clients and identify expansion opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, identify Key Decision Makers (KDMs), and distribute minutes within 24 hours.
• Keep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data 100% accurate, respond to social media inquiries, and assist with BD reports.
• Understand ROI, payback periods, financing models and clients’ business energy needs.
• Stay updated on state/national solar policies/regulations, and competitor activity.
Job Specification
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing related field of study.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or Business Development.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication in both written and presentations (English and Burmese).
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Basic AI hands-on experience.
- Passion for renewable energy and a result-driven attitude.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
